Qushen Cloud provides cloud-based SaaS digital management services for growing businesses, including fixed asset management, supplier management, employee incentives, training and knowledge, competitions, and live events.

2. Accounts and Security

Registered users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for protecting your account password and for losses caused by disclosure of your credentials.

3. Payment and Refunds

Services are subscription based and support annual or monthly billing. You may cancel during the trial at no charge. Refunds for service quality issues may be requested under the applicable customer support policy.

4. Data Ownership

You own all business data created and stored on the platform and may export it at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days after the service ends.

5. Disclaimer

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or policy changes, but we will work to minimize the impact and notify users promptly.
